Tears are falling on my face as I write this. I am setting in church, worship just finished and I am crying. Tannon our worship pastor started to speak when one of his songs was over. He spoke about a man named Loren that has been going through some very difficult painful times the last few weeks but yet he was standing there dancing, engaged in worshiping the Lord. Tannon went on to say that Loren blessed him just then because regardless of extreme pain he worshipped. Then the lord gave me a vision. A vision of a little girl from Irag that had her legs blown off. I saw her crawling, pushing forward on her fists, dragging her partial body behind her. She had the most beautiful smile on her face as she moved forward towards her daddy who had just gotten home from work. This little girl was so happy to be in her daddys presence that she would get to him no matter what. That spoke to me and I began to cry out to God. LORD this life may take my feet this life may take my legs, my arms, or I may live the rest of my life in pain but Lord I will always come to you. I will crawl, roll, dance , whatever it takes I will worship you. You may be in a place of physical, mental, spiritual, marital or relational brokenness but I can promise you the Lord is worth it. If you will make it to him regardless of your situation, your life will be changed forever. Your life will be filled full of a Love that will change every part of your life. Be like that little girl, crawling to her father with a beautiful smile on her face. Crawl to your Daddy in complete brokenness with a beautiful smile on your face. He will take that brokenness and make it something that is new and beautiful. Go to Him now. He will change you. Here at the Ranch it is so important that we journal words like this. Every person that comes through these gates have different personalities, different wounds,, and therefor may need a new kind of message. A word like this may just be the thing that send a person into a place of healing. Thank you Lord for always delivering the same message of Love and Grace in new ways.
