Hello everyone. First of all Thank you to everyone that has helped so far with this years camps.We are not done but we are off to a very successful start. Last week we had our first City Rescue Mission Camp of the summer.

Tears are falling on my face as I write this. I am setting in church, worship just finished and I am crying. Tannon our worship pastor started to speak when one of his songs was over.

Here at the Ranch we are not stuck on a certain denominations theology. We are all about what the bible says and that is where we get our teachings. That makes new teachings come a little slower sometimes because we wait on the full revelation before we start to talk about it to the kids.

I have had several surgeries in my short life of 39 years. Just recently I had my right hip completely replaced. I know, I know, “I am way too young to have a hip replacement”.

If you are asking God to move mightily in your life, then what mighty moves are you making to make your life move? I mean did Moses just stand there and look around for a miracle? Did Noah decide he would rather be a cactus farmer?

So this morning we got up to see snow everywhere. We have known it was coming for over a week but nothing the weather man could say would prepare us for how beautiful it was.  We were perfectly happy looking at the snow from the warmth of our house but horses had to be checked on and fed. Trysten, Hannah, Lucky and I all went out in the freezing wind to check on all 20 of our babies.

Its interesting how God downloads a word or thought to his children. Interesting is not a good word more like amazing. I said my salvation prayer in Sept.

It's just January but Camp David Ranch is already busy, busy, busy. We have lots of new (human) faces at the ranch that are taking part in our daily activities and 20 (Equine) faces to love on every day. Just last week we had a young man from Haiti, named Joseph, here at the Ranch.

When people ask us how we got started doing this ministry one of their main questions is what kind of training do we have (as in college degrees, certificates, etc.). We say "none". We felt the Lord pressing us to do this, so we did. If you look at the men that Jesus asked to follow Him, He didn't ask for resumes first.

Yesterday we had Dustin Lucas (Equine Dentist) to the Ranch to work on some of the horses teeth. We did 10 horses total some young some old.
